Services
We provide air conditioning installation, chemical wash, gas top-up, repair and maintenance services in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and surrounding areas. Descriptions on this website are for general guidance; the exact scope and price of any job are confirmed after an on-site assessment.
Bookings and quotes
Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. A booking is confirmed only once we reply to arrange a date and time. Quotes given before inspection are estimates; a final price is agreed on site before any billable work begins.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and unit information so we can serve you properly.
- Ensure safe access to the units on the agreed date, including any keys or permissions.
- Inform us of known hazards or unusual installations before we attend.
Workmanship warranty
Our repairs and installations carry a 90-day workmanship warranty covering the labour we performed. The warranty does not cover new, unrelated faults, damage from misuse, or issues caused by third parties working on the same unit.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
Limitation of liability
We carry out all work with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for pre-existing faults not caused by our work.
