For homes in the Klang Valley we recommend a light service every three months and a chemical wash once or twice a year. Units in dusty areas, near construction, or running most of the day benefit from more frequent visits to keep airflow and efficiency up.
Do you charge a call-out or inspection fee?
A standard diagnostic visit within Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya is a flat, upfront fee that we tell you before we arrive. If you proceed with the recommended repair, that fee is credited towards the job.
Which aircon brands do your technicians handle?
Our team is trained across Daikin, Panasonic, York, Mitsubishi, Samsung, LG, Acson and most other split, cassette and inverter systems sold in Malaysia.
How long does a chemical wash take?
A single wall-mounted unit usually takes 45 to 60 minutes. We dismantle the cover and coil, foam-clean the internals, flush the drainage and reassemble, then test the temperature before we leave.
Can I get a service outside office hours?
Yes. We run evening and Saturday slots for households and offices that cannot pause during the day. Let us know your preferred window when you book and we will confirm the nearest available crew.
Is your work covered by any warranty?
Every repair and installation is backed by a 90-day workmanship warranty. If the same fault returns within that period, we come back and put it right at no extra labour cost.
